Notice Your Experience: A Guide to Finding Balance DVD was created to give you the tools to learn how to physically relax. When we learn how to loosen the body, we can begin to loosen the mind. Noel Schroeder will guide you through deep passive stretches called Yin Yoga that helps release tension, stress and anxiety. All you need to get started is 5 minutes a day. That's it. I know it seems like it should take more time but it doesn't have to.
You do NOT need fancy clothes, expensive equipment or a spacious room to start your journey to relaxation. We have proved this by shooting the DVD in everyday peoples' homes. Noel will personally guide you into their worlds full of responsibilities, pet, kids and significant others. We have included people of every age, size and fitness level to show that even you can receive the benefits of taking time for yourself!
